Due to the growing numbers of overseas residents in the alpujarras and the current food offered in the area the necessity for reasonable priced organic food soon became apparent.  Using the local weekly market as a forum to distribute our fruit and veg and home made products we became popular because of our low prices, which were due to directly sourcing food from local agriculture as much as possible.  Building positive relations with our customers and offering the possibility to buy as much or as little as required we now run a popular outlet in the recently refurbished indoor market in orgiva where we have been able to keep this family run business moving.
