okay whats my favourite at the moment? Its gotta be raw vegan organic chocolate...you too can make it..all you need is - Cacao butter - melt it gentlyover a ban marie so as to not heat it too much then add Cacao paste - squashed down beans yum! and Cacao powder - raw is best, i add equal amounts of the cacao solids to the butter then mix in Agave Syrup - another raw treat..great as its a slow release sugar so no downs Vanilla Powder Carob Powder or Peruvian mesquite - good flavour and they help the digstion of the chocolate Lucuma Powder - yummy fruit from the tropics gives the chocolate a creamy flavour and the rest is up to you, you could flavour it with mint, chilli, ground almonds..the only limit is your own imagination, so go on......go cocoa - loco!!!
Another favourite is - Eat Your Greens Tear up a good amount of spinach leaves. lettuce and rocket, grate in some fennel bulb, next mix together some unpasteurised miso, mustard, hemp oil and lemon juice to make a delicious dressing, garnish your greens with some black olives and drizzle over top the dressing..yum x
